Operations Manager

Circa GBP60,000 per annum

Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (OFFICE ROLE ONLY) Weekend work may be required with time back in lieu and extended working hours during events also expected outside of normal working hours

Our client, a fast-paced and high growth company, is the UK s leading training organisation helping thousands of Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and Celebrities build, grow and scale the business.

In this role, you will run the Event Operations and Client Support Operations reporting directly in to the COO of the company.

You will be playing a crucial role in helping deliver an outstanding experience and service to their ever expanding and high-profile client base.

Your biggest aim within this role is to deliver a high-quality experience for clients, enhance client satisfaction and increase the brands reputation.

Key duties include:

  • Be a strong leader for the Events team, giving clear direction and setting goals to ensure everyone is striving for the same high-level outcome.
  • Manage staff effectively, setting KPI s and SLA s and reviewing with staff regularly in regular catch ups.
  • Run team meetings to help drive the team, continue to build team spirit and get everyone energised for the events ahead.
  • Implementing and enhancing processes within the company to create a slick, well drilled and outstanding experience to all of their clients before, during and after coaching events.
  • Take control of the client journey, manage it and delivery results.
  • Managing client queries and complaints to make sure everyone is left completely satisfied.
  • Bring attention to detail, high standards and a strong character to the business to help lead by example and set the bar high.

Your background & skill:

  • Proven experience in operational management and client support management.
  • Proven experience in leading teams within the customer/client experience.
  • Bring high attention to detail, project management skills and an operational mindset.
  • Ability to implement process, follow it and ensure everyone buys into it.
  • Experience of KPI setting and proven ability to deliver results.
