P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients who are currently seeking a Service Project Coordinator to provide vital support to the service department and be the first point of contact for customer on all day-to-day project-related matters.

Key Accountabilities:

Assist Test and Commissioning Engineers with work packs and working instructions
Liaise with the Engineering department to produce up-to-date drawings and procedures
Ensure that the project scope is agreed by the client and is clearly defined and understood
Resolve client specification discrepancies with the relevant Engineers
Ensure that project deadlines/requirements are achieved for all aspects of contracts, from delivery of equipment to documentation
Advise the Service Supervisor of any potential areas of risk that could result in an overrun of material costs or man hours
Co-ordinate the various interrelated processes of a project and manage the implementation of all the activities described within the scope
Ensure key project personnel and clients are kept up-to-date regularly, including notification of any project changes
Promote effective communication between team members, internal departments, suppliers and clients, including kick off meetings and subsequent reviews/briefs/debriefs with the personnel that are being mobilised, ensuring successful execution and completion of a project
Create Bill of Materials and product structure to enable creation of AX12 numbers 
Help Implement AX12 and PDM engineering structure 
Ensure that all project documentation has been produced in accordance with the agreed project SDRL
Work to the procedures governing documentation and drawing control contained within the company’s Quality Manual, improving current procedures where possible
Attend service meetings to provide updates of current projects
Produce technical quotations for customers by interfacing with other departments for the necessary bid information
Manage the legal review of bid documents to include issue of documentation to legal, preparation of legal response for inclusion into proposal and interface between Proposals Engineer, Customer and legal department during negotiations
Raise jobs and relevant paperwork once awarded the work
Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by the Service Supervisor

Essential Experience:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
Proven track record in Wellhead Control System design
Proven track record in Subsea Control system design
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to interface with internal/external Customers
Ability to respond to demands of a high volume and varied workload
Knowledge of AX12, PDM and SDRL

Preferred Experience:

Knowledge of Subsea and/or PLC control systems
