This long established specialist contractor concentrates on inner London (largely zone 1) projects, often in challenging locations and all with complex scopes of work. They work as a proincipal contractor rather than a subcontractor.

Cut & Carve, structural works/alterations, strip outs, alterations, facade retention, temp works with project values ranging from GBP2m to GBP8m.

Ideally you'll have:

1. Track record on London cut & carve/structural demolition projects
2. Experience running projects GBP2m + as a number one PM
