Project Director - Berkshire

We are currently assisting reputable regional main contractor in their search for a Project Director in Berkshire.

Our client specialise in education, health care, commercial, retail & leisure schemes.

You will be overseeing multiple projects from 30million - 100million+.

Job role: Project Director

Salary: 95,000 - 110,000 + package (Depending on experience)

Location: Berkshire and surrounding areas

Project Director responsibilities:

• Monitoring build progress and ensuring project quality.
• Overseeing the completion of multiple schemes, ensuring it meets programme & safety standards.
• Meeting with stakeholders, clients and senior site teams to report on project progress.
• Managing Project Manager's and enabling them to supervise and manage their own teams.

Project Director Knowledge and skills:

• Strong leadership and communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience as a Contracts Manager/Project Director.
• Managed projects from 50million+.
