Project Manager - Oxfordshire

We are currently assisting reputable regional main contractor in their search for a Project Manager in Oxfordshire.

Our client specialise in education, health care, residential, commercial, retail & leisure schemes.

Job role: Project Manager

Salary: 80,000 - 90,000 + package (Depending on experience)

Location: Oxfordshire & surrounding areas

Project Manager responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to identify and address any potential issues or risks
• Assist in resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise

Project Manager Knowledge and skills:

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proven experience in construction management or a similar role
• Valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card
• Managed schemes up to 50million
