We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join a leading Construction Consultancy renowned for delivering exceptional Cost and Project Management services across various sectors, with a particular focus on water and wastewater.
As part of our Infrastructure Division, you will contribute to a newly secured framework with a major Utilities company, providing Project Management services for the AMP 8 Water Better Rivers Programme in the Northwest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage post-contract projects from contract award through to final account.
- Ensure all contracts are administered in compliance with requirements, including communication management, payments, compensation events, and programme submissions.
- Oversee and manage project budgets, offering proactive solutions to ensure cost efficiency.
- Provide accurate and timely commercial reporting.
- Identify and manage project risks, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Support internal business development initiatives to drive company growth.
Essential Qualifications:
- Ability to work up to three days per week in the Warrington office, with two days working from home. Ideally suited for candidates who reside near or can easily commute to Warrington.
- Proven experience in NEC3 or NEC4 ECC main Option A, C, or E for project delivery, administration, and management.
- Strong track record of managing post-contract projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in water or wastewater projects.
- NEC3 or NEC4 Project Manager accreditation.
