Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team at Shopping Centre in the East Midlands. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all visitors and staff, ensuring the highest standards of security operations are met.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Lead and manage the security team, ensuring effective performance and adherence to policies
• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits
• Liaise with local authorities, emergency services, and other stakeholders
• Oversee incident management and reporting processes

The right candidate will be:

• Experienced in security management, particularly in retail or public space
• A strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of making decisions under pressure and managing emergencies effectively
• Detail-orientated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Be computer literate and have I.T skills
• Have a flexible attitude towards shift patterns required to meet the needs of the business
• Have a SIA DS & CCTV Licence
• IOSH Qualified

Salary 35,000 - 40,000
