My client is a small property building contractor in the Merseyside region. Due to an increase in contracts across the city they are in the market for a Project Manager. The candidate will be looking after between 4 to 5 property developments in the region.

They convert heritage or listed buildings into apartments for private sale and rent. Typical projects range from 1.2million up to 3/4 million.
You will have a background in refurbishment ideally converting similar apartment or town houses. As project manager you have a background working on internals with a good eye for a high end finish.

As Project Manager you will understand that health and safety is paramount on site. You will ensure all site labour is adhering to strict Health and Safety guidelines on site.

You will be responsible for running the projects ensuring all sites are running smoothly to time and to budgets set. My client has an excellent pipeline of local works to keep you busy within the Liverpool region.
