Your new company
A successful NI business who design and manufacture premium products globally. The business is expanding and have 3 sites across the UK. Due to a healthy order book they have a requirement for Programme Managers to join the team.
Your new role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of programmes through the full product life cycle from sales handover to programme closure with complete budgetary responsibility for project delivery, cost, quality and weight requirements as defined by the contract. Leading an Integrated Project Team (IPT) to maintain the programme performance.
What you'll need to succeed
5+ years' relevant Project Management or equivalent experience. Experience in Managing Project Profit & Loss. Degree educated in Engineering, Science, Business or a related field. Strong, proven customer relations and negotiation skills, and the ability to positively influence customer decisions, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced, high pressure environment. Excellent organization skills. E xcellent internal and external communication and presentation skills.
