A contractor with a background in Civil Engineering has a new project starting in the Leeds area completing the enabling works prior to a large construction project commencing.
Your new role
Your new role as the Project Manager on this project will be to oversee and adapt the project program where necessary to ensure the smooth running of the project, you will have an experienced Site Manager reporting into you who will lead the site team. The role involves a large soil shift, ground remediation and 278 works, so a background in these areas is necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a strong background in pre-construction civil works including land remediation, you will be adept at project programming, be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels and be OK on Microsoft Excel.
What you'll get in return
The expected duration is up to 12 months, so it will take you well into 2025. The roles pays a competitive daily rate based on experience and this will be paid weekly.
