Project ManagerGlasgow - Full Time
As a Project Manager, you will be expected to provide a high quality, proactive and efficient Project orientated works associated with additional/small works, maintaining appropriate systems and processes to support effective information flow. You will be managing programmes, schedules, commercials as well as issues and risks associated with assigned with assigned lift orientated projects on the account. You'll ensure project status information is available through collaborative coordination with the wider internal account team and external supply chain.
Your main responsibilities as a Project Manager will include maintaining and monitoring project plans and structures to ensure project deadlines are met of your assigned projects and continually risk assessing projects, placing mitigating actions in resolution.
Other duties as a Project Manager will include overseeing and managing all project within the remit of the Additional Works Team, reviewing works arising and contributing to Life Cycle Planning whilst effectively managing client relationships, including progress, scope verification and variation activities.
The ideal candidate would have good knowledge of project management approaches and excellent communication skills. You would have a clear understanding of the statutory regulation relating to CDM with a strong working knowledge of AutoCAD. You would have a strong understanding of Office 365 applications with the ability to write clear and precise reports, as well as knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.The ideal candidate would also hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
