Project Manager Required For Major Healthcare Project - Highly Competitive Remuneration Package

Your new company
Hays NI are representing a highly reputable construction company specialising in education, pharma, healthcare infrastructure, commercial and retail projects. They are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to initially lead the successful delivery of a ???40m Nursing Care Unit (NCU).
Your new role
You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and handover.
Collaborating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will have responsibility for the management of project schedules, health & safety and quality standards.
Your role will incorporate co-ordinating site activities, including procurement, logistics, and safety compliance whilst communicating effectively with the project team and providing regular progress updates.
What you'll need to succeed
As Project Manager for this major project you will be expected to be degree qualified (or equivalent) in Construction Management / Engineering and have a minimum of 8 years' experience in a management role with a main contractor demonstrating your ability to work on your own initiative whilst leading a multidisciplinary team. Having both technical & practical working knowledge of the construction industry is key to successfully fulfilling the obligations of this role.
