Senior PM required to join highly reputable local construction consultancy to deliver projects throughout NI!

The services of Hays have been retained by our client, a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy based in Belfast, to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager on a permanent basis.
This consultancy operates on a number of schools frameworks locally and are involved with new build and refurbishments projects as well as leisure centres and other large commercial projects across Northern Ireland.
Your new role
Reporting to the PM Director, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, responsible for the delivery of project management advice on a range of projects in Belfast.You will be involved with coordinating the work of designers, cost managers and other consultants, as well as monitoring the progress of designated projects and managing a robust change control process.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position you should possess a degree qualification in a relevant discipline and as well as a minimum of five years of experience working in a similar role. You must have the ability to manage project budgets effectively and have excellent client facing skills. Strong organisational capabilities are also vital to this role to ensure that projects are completed within defined timescales.
