M&E, Electrical, Mechanical, Project Manager, Project Management, Healthcare, Capital Works, Building Services Managing and overseeing various hospital-related projects, including upgrading fire alarm panels, refurbishing entire wards, and ensuring a good understanding of air handling systems. Implement contingencies to ensure patient safety and the smooth operation of the hospital. Ask pertinent questions and challenge proposed solutions to ensure the best outcomes. Ensure that the solutions being proposed are the right ones for the hospital's needs.
Essential Requirements:Healthcare Experience: Must understand the unique challenges of working in a live hospital 24/7 service environment. Good Communicator: Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders and subcontractor / consultancies. Health & Safety Experience: Strong knowledge and experience in health and safety practices. Qualifications: Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications and proven track record of working within an M&E Building Services environment.
