Are you a skilled Project Manager with a passion for driving successful project lifecycles? Look no further! We're seeking a motivated individual to take ownership of construction, M&E and facilities projects, from conception to completion. As a key player in our team, you'll manage multi-disciplinary work streams while ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Project Ownership: Manage multiple projects concurrently, overseeing budgets, scope, and development. Your role also involves factoring in budgets, tendering, and reporting up the chain of command. You'll navigate Health and Safety regulations and CDM guidelines to ensure seamless project execution.
Effective Communication: Facilitate consistent communication across the project. Whether through emails, meetings, status reports, or project plans, keeping the lines of communication open is crucial. This ensures that you have all the necessary details to report back to executives and stakeholders.
Managing Expectations: Proactively manage expectations with project stakeholders. Avoid surprises by warning them about any challenges or situations that may arise. Present your plan of action to address these issues and maintain transparency.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Project Management and professionally recognised qualifications such as AMPQ, Prince2 or SMSTS, with experience in delivering projects from beginning to end. Successful candidates will have an understanding of CDM regulations, scaffolding requirements, groundworks and buried services. A health and safety related qualification, such as IOSH or NEBOSH, is also required. #
