White Label are now recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing manufacturing company based in the Rochdale area. This is a brand new role which has been created to support their contracts team, and the growth of the business.
The company are offering an opportunity to join them at an integral growth stage with a role that will develop into a much bigger position and offer excellent job satisfaction. If you are looking for a move where you as a Project Manager you can drive change and add value, then please read on.
Along with driving the implementation of much more structured planning and processes, the main purpose of the Project Manager is to be responsible for all site activities, from the sales handover to forward planning/installation & commissioning of the project including the following:

- Facilitating the definition of the scope of the project, the goals and deliverables
- Developing detailed project plans
- Ensuring resources availability and allocation
- Delivering projects on time and within budget
- Coordinating internal & external resources for effective and efficient project execution
- Communicating with the client, site teams, suppliers and internal team members
- Producing safe systems of work (RAMS)
- Ensuring all site works meet the correct quality standards
- Training of existing/new site teams

The Project Manager is required to have the following skills:

- Minimum of 5 years Project management/ contracts management experience within a manufacturing company
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Be able to work as a team member
- Excellent time management
- Problem solving ability
- APM OR Prince2 Qualification
