Requirements:

• Proven track record of delivering new build RC frame developments valued over 80Mil
• Tier-1 contracting background/experience
• Longevity within roles on the CV
• The contractor are seeking a natural-born leader who takes pride in the work they deliver

Responsibilities:

• Project planning
• Budget management
• Programme management
• Team co-ordination (operations, design & technical, commercial)
• Risk management
• Procurement
• Regulatory compliance
• Quality control
• Client/stakeholder management
• Health & safety management
• Overall responsibility for the project in it's entirety
• Reporting to Construction Director
