• Understand customers's businesses and exceed expectations
• Business development
• Report on progress and performance & resource allocation
• Develop effective working relationships with the Central Support and Technical teams to streamline operations
• Build relationships with external stakeholders

• Must have an excellent understanding and knowledge of the marine environment
• Work well under pressure
• Professional and resilient
• Experience in people management, development and organisation
• Good HR & industrial relations experience
