We are currently recruiting for a Finance Operations Manager to join a thriving business based Nottingham City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop 3 well established teams within the business. Office based initially with the option of hybrid working available.

Responsibilities:

Managing and developing 3 accounts teams within the business, including management of 3 direct reports
Looking after monthly targets and ensuring they are met
Working closely with team leaders to deal with any escalations
System upgrading and updated ensuring that deadlines are met
Process improvement across all departments
Ensuring that month and year end deadlines are met
Supporting the Head of Finance with delivery of project work
Adhoc duties as and when required

Ideal candidate:

Strong leadership and management skills within a finance setting
Able to deliver process and system improvement
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Ability to meet targets and deadlines
Strong Excel skills, with a working knowledge of Pivots and Vlookups
