Location: London
Are you an expert in building services with a talent for leading teams and overseeing operations efficiently? We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to enhance our clients team.
Your Responsibilities: As our Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in:
- Overseeing the daily operations and management of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Directing and coordinating staff and SSPs to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Preparing operational reports, participating in client meetings, and addressing any issues.
- Reviewing procedures regularly and recommending improvements for operational efficiency.
- Maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring compliance with all regulations and contracts.
- Leading and mentoring your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and maintaining strong client relations.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience in the Building Services sector.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Completion of an apprenticeship.
- Multiskilled engineer with proficiency in both electrical and mechanical systems.
- HV Authorised Person (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety standards (NEBOSH / IOSH is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical abilities.
