A renowned Property Consultancy is actively recruiting a Project Manager at Graduate/ Asisstant level in Birmingham.

THE COMPANY:

The client is a dynamic construction consultancy, providing project management and quantity surveying services on construction projects across the UK. Sectors include Hotels, Leisure, Residential and Commercial.

THE POSITION:

They are actively looking to recruit a Graduate/ Assistant Project Manager to work alongside a team of experienced Chartered professionals and get involved in a range of projects from inception to completion within their Hotel/ Leisure team. The successful Project Manager will be given the opportunity to work on projects across a range of sectors. Value of projects can range up to GBP2 million.

The company offers hybrid working and is based in Birmingham however, as they deliver projects Nationwide, you will be required to travel to various sites & a DL + car are essential.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Project Manager must:

• Have a construction related degree
• Have good communication and client facing skills
• Have a willingness to work towards their APC and become Chartered
