DMW Recruitment are hiring an experienced Electrical Project Manager for our Building Services Client based in the North East.

You will be managing trades and subcontractors onsite in North Yorkshire on a modular building project and then moving to another site near Oxford upon completion for approx 4 months.

Ideal candidate will be willing to travel and have experience in:

• Cross team planning
• Client liaison
• Procurement and budget control
• Inspections
• Schedule managment
• Subcontractor liaison
• Regulatory compliance
• HSE

Accommodation will be provided. You must have a full clean driving licence and own transport.
