Senior Project Manager- London

Our client, a leading Consultancy operating across Europe, committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions, is urgently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with Data Centre, Education, Healthcare, or Commercial Office delivery experience. As a Senior Project Manager you will work closely with clients, advising them on legal, procurement, programme, statutory, risk, technical and financial matters that arise during the project.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Develop detailed project plans into distinct, manageable stages with clear milestones and deliverables.

Lead and oversee the successful delivery of Data Centre, Education, Healthcare, or Commercial Office projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and quality standards.

Coordinate and manage project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow.

Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure alignment and collaboration addressing any concerns & developing corrective actions.

Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project goals are achieved.

Carry out regular risk assessments to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise project risks and impacts.

Perform interviews with contractors to assess their suitability for project requirements.

Engage in meetings/training and present project updates & developments.

Degree in Project Management or equivalent.

Professional qualifications or relevant certifications are highly desirable.

8+ years of experience in Project Management either as a consultant or client-side preferably within Data Centre, Education, Healthcare, or Commercial Office projects.

4+ years' experience in successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects as a lead/senior Project Manager.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Asta PowerProject.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
