Our Client is a residential contractor operating throughout the M3, M4 and M40 corridors into London. With an excellent pipeline of secured work, they have significant and ongoing growth plans - delivering both private client work and social housing schemes which spans new build and refurbishment.

They are now looking for an ambitious Contracts manager to step up or an experienced and proven Operations Manager to join their team and deliver incoming sites.

• Track record of project delivery to programme, safety and margin
• Proven leadership of multiple project concurrently
• Commercial and Technical appreciation
