We are seeking a skilled Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager with expertise in Mechanical & Electrical systems to join our Property Team. You'll provide technical leadership for both planned and reactive maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations.

The Role:

• Lead the scoping and design of mechanical services for maintenance projects.
• Oversee contractor performance, ensuring work meets contractual and regulatory standards.
• Manage procurement and budgetary aspects of projects.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance, including CDM regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project delivery.

The Candidate:

• Relevant qualification in Mechanical Services Engineering.
• Experience in project and contract management, preferably in public sector building maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems, procurement processes, and Health & Safety regulations.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage contractors.
