We are working with the Ministry of Justice on a HMPPS contract, seeking a Senior Project Manager with construction and renovation experience (public sector) to cover the Southwest, based from home.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee and manage various projects from GBP50,000 to around GBP500,000 in size at HMP Dartmoor, Gloucester, Winchester as well as the IOW, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be managing teams of project managers and other project workers to deliver minor works projects covering a diverse range of renovation and maintenance services for the prisons, including mechanical, LV & HV electrical, groundworks and civil, building fabric, fire and security works.

The successful applicant will ideally have 3 years of managerial and technical experience in project delivery for construction and renovation works, holding Project Management qualifications such as MSP, PRINCE2 and/or APM.
