Streamline Recruitment are currently working with a family owned M&E contractor who are looking for a Electrical Project Manager to join one of their projects in Hackney, this is a leisure centre scheme but there will be a few projects around the area that the candidate will be looking after also.

This role is outside IR35 so the candidate can work through their limited company if they choose to do so.

The business that Streamline are working alongside are a well established building services contractor who specilises in commercial projects such as offices, schools & gyms.

The contractor has been working with businesses such as Wates, Leandlease & more. Projects that the business oversee ranges from 5000 - 2,500,000.

Duties

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, components, and construction methods
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field
• SMSTS tickets are requiered
• Can oversee multiple projects at once
• Reporting into the Construction Director
• Commercially aware
• Client facing, RAMS, Technical subs
