Mechanical Project Manager (Air-conditioning) GBP40,000 to GBP60,000 + Car Worcestershire

Your new company
A well established Mechanical contractor that has been established over 100 years ago, with a fantastic reputation seeks a Mechanical Project Manager to join their team. The client has consistently growing pipeline of work, this has mainly been with the public sector with some private work with projections of GBP2 million. The client types include; schools, trusts and university's. The client typically takes 80% of their work in a 20 mile radius.
Your new role
You will be working as a Mechanical Project Manager on a variety of different projects, usually overseeing 3 projects at a time. These can vary in value and typically are between GBP50,000 to GBP1.5 Million. Project types can be equally as varied with current examples including decarbonation of schools, school refurbishment and airsource heat pump install.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be preferable be an experienced Mechanical Project Manager within building services from any discipline. However, applicants with a strong Mechanical Supervisor background or applicants that have been working as Mechanical Design Engineer looking to make a switch over.
What you'll get in return
GBP40,000 to GBP60,000 + Car Allowance, 20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays (+ 3 extra days over the Christmas break)
