Think Construction is working with a respected regional contractor to hire a Project Manager for their Midlands projects. This role is perfect for someone ready to lead their own jobs and take on significant responsibility.

About the Company

Our client is a well-established contractor in the Midlands, with a turnover of 200 million. They focus on projects within the education, healthcare, and commercial sectors, handling both new builds and refurbishments valued up to 10m

The Role

As a Project Manager, you'll be the lead on your own projects, overseeing all site operations from start to finish. You'll ensure that everything runs smoothly on-site, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the management of up to three sites across the Midlands.
• Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental regulations.
• Collaborating with the pre-construction team to address buildability, programme, and design challenges.
• Keeping projects on track, on budget, and up to the client's expectations.

What We're Looking For

We need a Project Manager who's experienced in leading projects independently, with a background in main contracting. You should be hands-on, a strong communicator, and someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
