Project Manager / Senior project Manager required

The Job:

• To deliver turnkey end-to-end Project Management solutions for minor and major revenue projects (and other project requests) across an account portfolio.
• Delivery of quality project solutions against Capital & Revenue spend awarded to my client from concept through to completion.
• Effective management, budget control, compliance with all legislation including CDM Regulations, delivery and management of project files and effective asset hand over.

Accountabilities:

• Projects are delivered to timescale and within budget
• Representing the business through positive Client Liaison
• Support the design, management and delivery of revenue and capital projects including ownership of these assets at project and implementation phase.
• comply to all H&S duties, procedures and internal Audit process's and policies.
• Support the wider team below

Candidate specification:

• Experience as a PM or SPM
• Experience working on M+E maintenance/refurb projects
• SMSTS
• IOSH
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft work, excel and PM tools
• Organization skills
• AN understanding of CDM including individual roles and responsibilities.
• Requirement to gain SC Clearance (supported by site)
