Our Client is a building services specialist, experienced in providing complete mechanical and electrical services to largescale city centre projects. Due to continued growth my client is looking for an Mechanical Operations Manager eager to join an exciting and fast-growing team.

• Have worked on high end apartment builds previously.
• Used to working in a fast paced environment.
• Strong leader who can provide solutions fast.
• Report directly to the Head of Operations.
• Oversee up to 3 projects at one time.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing Mechanical aspects of the projects as the most senior person.
• Management of multiple site management teams, Project Managers, Site Managers and Site Supervisors
• Attend and minute a weekly Operational Meeting with your Head of Operations to keep each other appraised from both a health and safety and programming point of view.
• Attendance at site visits / meetings.
