Project Manager - Fitout
Location - Corby
Salary - 50,000 to 65,000
Full-time, permanent position / Or potential for freelance day rate
Immediate start for the right candidate
You must have a current driving license, be able to travel and stay over, and have Construction/Fit-out experience.
Up Front Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced Project Manager with experience in construction, Fitout experience would be an additional bonus to that. The company are an expanding, Fitout specialist based in Corby.
Key responsibilities not limited to:
Direct and manage project development from inception to completion.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Identify and manage project programme dependencies and critical path.
Plan and schedule project programme timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentation and presentations as required by client.
To travel nationwide depending on location of projects.
Experience:
- Project Management: 3 years (required)
- Construction and/or Fit-out: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
- SMSTS (required)
- CSCS (required)
