The job:

• The project manager will be vital in ensuring all new projects and contract commitments run smoothly. The pm will ensure that new projects and current contracts are developed, planned and carried out efficiently, ensuring full customer satisfaction throughout.
• The project manager will be responsible for the day to day running of contracts. This includes; booking in works, organising engineers, dealing with clients, liaising with the works director and reacting to general daily client and project issues.

Duties:

• Manage projects form initial request to quote to customer sign off, must be used to managing their own team as well as working with sub-contractors.
• Manage weekly schedules
• Running several projects at any given time or running single projects above a certain value
• Running a variety of different security projects from CCTV, access control to intruder alarm systems
• Commissioning Paperwork and RAMS
• Managing PPE
• Toolbox talks
• Ensure on site compliance with all aspects of the health & safety at work act 1974
• Client meetings and presentations
