Senior Project Analyst - 39843 - GBP31.26/hr umbrella rate

Do you have supply chain knowledge and experience, and are you seeking a new job in the Warwickshire area? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Senior Project Analyst, the role comes with a contract rate of GBP31.26 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35).

As a Senior Project Analyst, you will work within the Supply Chain Operations Development team and will be fundamental to the digital transformation, delivering products and services that drive competitive advantage and efficiency by reducing costs, improving delivery performance, creating value and driving profitable growth for the teams

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Requirements gathering across the operations - analysing pain points within existing processes and systems, identifying improvement opportunities and project scoping
  • Project prioritisation - maintain catalogue of functional projects, ensuring they are prioritised for delivery based on latest data
  • Build the roadmap for the Operations & Logistics digital transformation - identifying and developing talent within the function, drawing on your own technical expertise and experience
  • Day-to-day project management - running workshops with operational and technical stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working with Digital team on delivery
  • Lead on the end-to-end implementation of data analytics and digital tools within Logistics Operations, using data to deliver business improvements and create value.

To apply for this Senior Project Analyst role, your skills, knowledge and experience should include:

  • Supply Chain / Logistics experience and knowledge
  • Experience in using one or more of: SQL, Python, Data Visualisation Platform (Tableau, Power BI etc)
  • Hands on experience of completing complex data analysis to inform business decisions
  • Experience working as a business analyst / project engineer in the Supply Chain / Logistics sector
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Systems such as ERP/MRP, Control Tower/Connected Supply Chain Systems
  • Working knowledge and experience of Logistics systems including MRP / ERP, warehouse management, data management and simulation
  • Understanding of automotive or other supply chains and material flow principles
  • Experience in use of lean and agile business improvement
  • Ability to conduct detailed business process mapping / analysis and identify improvement opportunities, supported by data
  • Experience of working with complex databases and confident working with disparate data sources (structured and unstructured)
  • Track record of performing structured analysis of data and presenting outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences

You'll receive an excellent contract per-hour rate of GBP31.26 in return for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.

THIS POSITION IS CONFIRMED INSIDE IR35

Hybrid working: Minimum 2/3 days per week in office
