Clearfield Recruitment have partnered with a leading specialist in drylining and ceiling solutions. We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager to join the team. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the operational success of multiple large-scale projects across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee operations across various projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Directly manage a team of 4 Contracts Managers, providing leadership, support, and direction to drive project success.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director on strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational improvements.
• Ensure efficient coordination between contracts managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project deadlines.
• Travel between project sites across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex to ensure smooth operations and provide on-the-ground support.
• Maintain strict adherence to Health and Safety regulations and ensure that all teams follow industry standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in an operations management role within the drylining and ceilings sector is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage multiple Contracts Managers and drive operational excellence.
• A track record of delivering successful projects, on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to travel across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex as needed.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary between 80,000 - 90,000 based on experience.
