Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

CRG are currently working with a leading construction company focused on innovative and sustainable building solutions. As they expand, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead their projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Manage project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Build and maintain strong client, subcontractor, and supplier relationships.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in construction project management, with 5+ years in a senior role.
• Proven track record with large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
• PMP certification preferred.
