60,000 - 65,000 (OTE 70K - 75K) + Car Allowance + Pension + Holidays

This multifaceted organisation are industry leaders in portable power sources and have a strong reputation across the globe for providing innovative solutions to a range of industries. They have gone from strength to strength in recent years and now wish to appoint a Sales and Operations manager for one of their expanding UK sites.


In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing the commercial strategy and managing all operations across the site. This will involve identifying new areas of growth, managing strategic account development and growing client base, as well as developing the team, financial budgeting and profitability and continuous improvement across the office.


The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales management and strong operational experience, looking for the next step in their career into senior management.

The Role:
Develop and execute commercial strategy for the site
Lead strategic account development and contribute to new client acquisition
Collaborate with marketing to identify areas for growth
Operational management; employee evaluation and development, financial budgeting and profitability, continuous improvement
Consistent liaison with General Manager to provide updates and discuss improvements
Office based


The Person:
Leadership / Management background in both Sales and Operations
Experience growing, developing and managing teams / divisions
Strong business development and account management experience
