My client is a long established (50 years) specialist in their sector- this includes demolition and enabling works, groundworks, drainage, roads and sewers, car parks, external works and associated Civil Engineering works.

They are looking for Project Managers due to an increase in new projects and are keen to find candidates from groundworks/Civils contractors.

Successful applicants will need to be able to manage the site operations on a daily basis and this will include the administration of both NEC and JCT contracts, reading drawings, take-offs for ordering of materials, RAMS and project planning with either Microsoft Project or ASTA.

You will also need a CSCS black card, SMSTS and first aid at work. Along with the above you will be required to represent my client in a professional manner whilst liaising and attending meetings with the supply chain, colleagues and client.

On offer is a day rate or salary and package equivalent and this will be somewhere between (Apply online only) per day with room for negotiation for exceptional candidates.

The contractor I am working with works mainly in the North West of England with very occasional forays further afield.
