Senior Capital Projects Manager
Are you an experienced project leader with a passion for delivering transformative capital regeneration projects? Our client, a London Borough Council, is looking for a Senior Capital Projects Manager to oversee the delivery of major capital projects within housing, education, and leisure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-million-pound regeneration programmes from planning to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to secure funding, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage project budgets, governance arrangements, and provide strategic advice to senior leadership.
• Deputise for the Head of Capital Delivery when required.

About You:

• Proven track record in leading large-scale, complex capital projects, ideally in a public sector environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and develop staff capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in budget management, procurement processes, and risk management.
