One of our Public Sector clients based in South East is looking for an interim Project Manager on an interim basis for 6 months initially.

Ideally you will:

• Be RICS, CIOB or ICE qualified (although not essential)
• Experience working in private organisations or non-local government organisations is advantageous however local authority is fine too.
• Experience in construction and development.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the council with it's development programme.
• Programme consists of non-residential development and construction projects.
• Some projects speculative and others fully funded however, varying in stages from early concepts to construction underway or about to start commencing.

This role will require an office presence of once to twice per month.
