Container Control Manager

Location: Stanford-le-Hope, Essex

Salary: Up to 50,000 (DOE)

My client is looking for an experienced Container Control Manager or Container Operations Office Manager to be a pivotal part of the Container Operations Team in Stanford-le-Hope. If you have great experience with Empty Container Operations, Container Control and experience leading a team, you are encouraged to apply!

Working Hours: Full time: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the Yard and Depot Managers, to support the cross-functional Container Operations teams.
• Lead Container Control Operations.
• Supervisor and support office based Container Operation staff.
• Oversee Access and Exit Gates.
• Conduct Health & Safety Audits for the Office and Depot.
• Monitor KPIs.
• Management over budgeting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in working in a UK Container Depot.
• Knowledge and understanding of Container Operations.
• Previous Leadership Experience.
• Experience conducting estimation for Containers repairs.
• Business Acumen and Commercial Awareness.
