We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee a Commercial office fit-out project from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Duties
- Coordinate and manage mechanical projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for projects

Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing mechanical projects
- Strong knowledge of Civil 3D software
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field is desirable
