The Solution Group is actively recruiting a skilled Project Manager to oversee secondary steelwork projects based in Milton Keynes. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of secondary steelwork projects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to final handover.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met within deadlines.
• Effectively manage budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
• Conduct regular site visits, monitoring progress and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are met, fostering a culture of safety on-site.

Essential Requirements:

• Significant project management experience, ideally within the construction or steelwork sectors.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with architectural metalwork, including fabrication and installation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing the needs of various stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming project challenges.
