Job Title: Project Manager (Structural & Secondary Steelwork)

The Solution Group is currently looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead structural and secondary steelwork projects in Watford. This role is ideal for someone with extensive project management experience, paired with a strong background in both structural and architectural metalwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of structural and secondary steelwork projects, from planning and design through to installation and final delivery.
• Manage project schedules, ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and efficient project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain project quality.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project duration.

Essential Requirements:

• Significant experience in project management, particularly within the structural and secondary steelwork sectors.
• Strong expertise in both structural and architectural metalwork, with knowledge of fabrication, installation, and design.
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and deliver complex projects.
