We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team in Neath on a full time, permanent basis!

Together we are the UK's leading supplier of intelligent traffic enforcement and management solutions and leading provider of smart city solutions that deliver the highest productivity at the lowest operational cost. We provide environmental sensors, networks, and data solutions to support decarbonisation efforts globally. We drive real environmental change by leveraging the power of real-time data with cleantech technologies.
What you will be doing:
As Operations Manager you will be the main point of contact at our Transportation Technology headquarters in Neath, responsible for our day-to-day operational needs - supporting employee satisfaction and driving operational excellence.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who engages well with others and has the ability to motivate a team. The ideal candidate should be able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities, thrive on challenges, and work effectively under tight deadlines. They should be organised, self-motivated, and take pride in their work. A strong working knowledge of Office 365 and the Microsoft Suite, along with excellent communication and organisational skills, is essential. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, the ability to make decisions, and the capacity to self-motivate.

What you will be doing:
As Operations Manager you will be the main point of contact at our Transportation Technology headquarters in Neath, responsible for our day-to-day operational needs - supporting employee satisfaction and driving operational excellence.
- Provide support for the preparation of documentation and presentations as needed.
- Work with our HR Advisor to support the wider division for remote induction needs.
- Support the upkeep of our premises by liaising with the central facilities department and ensuring issues are promptly addressed.
- Endorse and build an office culture of collaboration and foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure all departments are properly executed under ISO and BSI standards, working closely with the auditing team.
- Support the Health and Safety Manager to uphold H&S guidelines and ensure compliance for Technology-operated sites.
- Support our procurement process, including approving Purchase Requisitions for operational requirements, setting up new suppliers, and liaising with suppliers to review and chase orders.
- Own, update, and release the Business Continuity Plan for Transportation Technology, attending regular meetings with the central BCP team.
- Support the Technology Leadership Team (TLT) with ad hoc requests, meeting minutes, and document preparation.
- Communicate with onsite and remote teams, ensuring all departments are kept updated with key information.
