We are searching for a motivated and organised Wind Turbine Project Manager to join the Project Management team and be part of an industry-leading company based in Cornwall who specialise in design, build and operation of Wind Turbines and Solar PV systems across the UK.

Job: Wind Turbine Project Manager

Location: Cornwall + Occasional Site Visits

Type: Permanent, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm

Salary: Dependant on Experience

Wind Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead projects while ensuring the highest standards for H&S and quality.
• Provide technical input and support during the project's development phase
• Estimate and track project budgets and costs
• Create project schedules, wind farm layout drawings, swept path analysis, planning and legal drawings
• Oversee procurement, tendering, and negotiation of design and constructions contracts
• Contribute to the enhancement and development of project management process and procedures
• Manage daily operations of projects during preconstruction and construction phases

Wind Turbine Project Manager Requirements

• Experience managing onshore, civil engineering or construction projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• UK Driving Licence
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, while following a methodical, accurate and process-driven approach

Desires Skills

• Knowledge of NEC and FIDIC construction contracts.
• In-depth understanding of transportation and construction methods specific to onshore wind projects.
• Proficiency in Civil3D.
• Experience with MS Project.
• Experience in surveying and setting out.
