About the Role
We are recruiting for a dynamic Mechanical Project Manager to join a leading building services engineering company in Plymouth (National MEP Contractor). You will be responsible for managing a range of mechanical projects across various sectors, from MoD works to complex commercial schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical projects from initiation to completion
• Oversee project planning, design, procurement, and execution
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to meet project objectives
• Ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and in line with safety and quality standards
• Manage project risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role in the mechanical or building services engineering sectors (ideally holing a core mechanical discipline, ie pipefitting / building services engineering)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and project management processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field ie HND or equivalent in building services engineering
