Rate: 600 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

We are seeking an experienced Building Control Manager to join a dynamic team in South West London. This is an urgent contract role starting immediately, with an initial term of 3 months, subject to possible extension.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage building control functions to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Review and assess building projects, ensuring they meet building safety and regulatory standards.
Work closely with contractors, architects, and developers to guide and support project compliance.
Conduct site inspections and issue certification upon project completion.

Requirements:
BSI Registered Building Control Surveyor (Class 2f/4 essential).
Strong knowledge of building regulations and compliance.
Proven experience managing building control processes, ideally within a local authority or similar setting.
