Based south of Croydon our client is multi-disciplined Building Contractor with a 'can do attitude'. They have grown the business by applying Thais attitude to every aspect of the operations. They display a passion for the work they do and are always looking for new and innovative ways to deliver for their clients.
To help them deliver they are looking for a full-time Operations Coordinator or Assistant Contracts Manager whose primary role is to ensure the smooth running of multiple onsite contracts. The role will be varied but will include:
Organisation of site logistics
Materials, Welfare, Transport
Labour allocation & accommodation
Project Monitoring including Milestones, Invoicing etc
Production of O&M manuals.
Tender coordination & Bid Management
You will be educated to A level or BTEC level or equivalent and have some experience of the Construction or Logistics sectors. You must be prepared to work at our clients premises South of Croydon initially.
You will be reporting to the Directors and this is an on-site role Monday to Friday 8hrs per day.
