Job Title: Project Administrator
Location: Feltham, Greater London (office based)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and documenting projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Working Hours:
This role has an option to work either Part time or Full time. The hours are 8am - 4:30pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch.
Salary:
25,000 - 30,000 (dependant upon experience)
This is a contract position for a year, after the year you will go direct with the client.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation/document controller, including contracts, schedules.
Communication: This is a back of house role so communication will only be needed with project supervisors and project managers.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to management.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and document management.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project administration/document controlling or a similar role, preferably in the electrical installation or construction industry.
Knowledge on Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
